1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Nature of the Service
This website is a business-to-business platform for sourcing and ordering plastic container products from FullPak (Pty) Ltd. Product specifications, availability, and pricing displayed on the website are subject to change without notice and do not constitute a binding offer.
3. Accounts
You may need to register an account to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance by FullPak and to product availability. Minimum order quantities apply as stated per product. Prices are shown in South African Rand and exclude VAT unless otherwise indicated. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
5. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due as per the method selected at checkout — credit card, wire transfer, or approved purchase order. Overdue amounts may accrue interest and result in suspension of your account and future orders.
6. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for inspecting goods on receipt and reporting any damage, shortage, or defect within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
7. Cancellations and Returns
Orders may only be cancelled with our written consent. Due to the customised and bulk nature of our products, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly supplied goods reported within the period stated above.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the FullPak name and logo, product images, text, and design — is the property of FullPak (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer and Liability
While we take reasonable care to keep website content accurate, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the information provided. To the extent permitted by law, FullPak's liability arising from the use of this website or its products is limited to the value of the relevant order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
